The run will start immediately after the Triathlon.
Start and pre-race warm up to music at the foot of the steps from 2:30pm.
A nice flat route apart from the little matter of the 200 steps to Storm the Castle! Remember walking IS allowed.

This is not a race and no times will be given.Your
prize is having fun and receiving your Finisher
Medal.
Children are encouraged to participate but those who are under 11 on 31st December 2023 MUST be accompanied by a responsible adult. Unsupervised children will be stopped by marshals. Triathlon and Duathlon competitors also receive a FREE entry to the Fun Run. They must wear their race number when participating. We hope as many as possible will join their family and friends in the Fun Run to Storm the 200 Steps for a second time!  Rock Ardudwy is a community organisation driven by volunteers, well known for bringing live music events usually within Harlech’s memorial hall or Harlech Castle for both Harlech and its surrounding communities to enjoy, with all profits going towards supporting local charities and community groups. Rock Ardudwy have hit the right note again and are now pleased to be supporting our Fun Run. |
